My Family have used Pitstop motors on a few occasions and have found these fellas really genuine and really helpful,just recently my Daughter was looking for a new car so I got in contact with Paul told him what type of car she was looking for and budget and within a week he had sourced her a VW Golf.
A Beautiful car my daughter loves it ,it has had a few minor issues to be expected but when I brought these to there attention Paul & Chris had the car booked in and all sorted within a day .
All in a great company to deal with and would highly recommend

First class service! Paul dealt with our every need, the deal was done pretty quickly with a minimum of fuss, even after the sale was complete he went out of his way to help with a few wee extras we wanted. All the years buying cars I have never had the experience I had at pitstop motors ten out of ten a hundred out of hundred I can't say enough about them every person working there knowledged me any time I went back to look at cars the sales personnel give me unlimited time by myself to go through the car to make sure that I was happy with the car before I bought it I could go on but you get the picture thank you to all the staff for there help brilliant place

Bought a second-hand Citroen C4 Grand Picasso from Chris and Paul at the end of July 2023. I had never used Pitstop before. There transpired to be a couple of fairly big problems with the car but in fairness to them, they fixed all of the problems without much resistance. Seem like good guys and I would use them again

Just received my car delivered to my door today by Pitstop motors.. fantastic service from the very get go..Chris arranged cherished transfer and I literally had nothing to do.. car needed a sensor and they didn\'t release car until it was perfect, full MOT, tax sorted and delivered it to me 80 miles away.. could not fault these guys and with 6 month warranty which is usually 3 anywhere else they are confident in the mechanise that they sell!!!

Great purchase experience. Car is fully valeted before handover. Chris met me up at the airport with the car. They even left at least £30 of fuel in it! A small part was later found missing and Chris arrange it to be delivered to my door. Excellent customer service from them.

Bought a car from Pitstop about a month ago and was best decision ive made. The Process couldnt have been easier originally they didnt have the car i was after but after telling the lads what i was after they had sourced the car i wanted with in 48 hours of meeting them, then with in a week the car was delivered with an alloy and window tint upgrade. Best about it was i told the lads what my budget was and there was no hidden surprises or costs along the way even with the upgrades they fired in. Super Service and cars a joy to drive

His advice was genuine, and highly informative. He made our decision very easy. Paul went above & beyond what I would expect from any car dealership to get us organised for our new car.
